Start with a careful scan of the portrait
Lay the print flat, use even light and avoid glare. Photograph it straight on or scan it, then crop away the table and frame. Keep the original file unchanged. Restoration can infer damaged details, so a sharper result is not proof that every eye, tooth or facial feature has been recovered accurately.
Restore a still image, then review it
The photo tool is separate from video generation. Sign in and check its current availability and daily allowance before starting. Compare the before-and-after image, especially faces and repaired areas. It aims to retain existing color or monochrome character; it is not a promise to colorize a black-and-white portrait. Downloads follow the entitlement shown in the tool.
Use the portrait in a rap story with care
A repaired family portrait can be a starting point for a respectful birthday or family-memory idea when you have the right permission. If you want a video, open the rap generator separately and provide the photos required by the selected mode. The still-photo result never starts a video automatically.
Video generation has its own model, duration, resolution and credit quote. Review the restored face again in the completed video and listen to the generated audio. A restoration allowance is separate from video credits, and a repaired still does not guarantee a faithful moving performance.
